A province in Nicaragua, on the Atlantic coast. Stamps were issued between
1904-1911, due to difference in currency (higher value and use of silver
and gold coins in Zelaya as well as in CABO, while paper money was used
elsewhere). Since 1912 stamps of NICARAGUA came into use.
