PANAMA and VENEZUELA). Independent since 1830. The GALAPAGOS ISLANDS are part of Ecuador.
Between 1928-30 Colombian air company operated in Ecuador (SCADTA stamps).
First stamps issued in 1865. Direct UPU membership since August 1st, 1880.
