agreement with the Swiss Postal Authorities. These offices are: League of
Nations (SDN), European United Nations (ONU), Labor Office (BIT), Education
Office (BIE), Telecommunication Union (UIT), Refugees Organization (OIR),
Meteorological Organization (OMM), Health Organization (OMS), Intellectual
Property (OMPI), Universal Postal Union (UPU). Stamps were issued between 1922
(for the League of Nations), until 1989 (for UPU). For later ONU issues see
